"Resound" are St. John's singers. We do not have a Choir as such believing that a group of singers is better and more contemporary. There are now just over forty of us. We do not meet regularly but meet to prepare for specific services. We exist predominantly to help lead worship and our rehearsals are very worship and fellowship based.

Before Peter left us, he passed on his baton to Gordon Longton, one of the Resound members, who with a great deal of energy and enthusiasm is directing the singers in preparation for the Advent and Christmas services.

A wonderful voice is not required of those wishing to join "Resound". The only requirement is a faith and a desire to sing it.

Worship Songs is a recently released CD by EMI and contains 20 twenty favourite worship anthems. It is available in all music shops.
